That's not true. Peyton had many games where he didn't show up. Brees losses have come from his team letting him down or the refs (Seattle 2011, San Fransisco 2012, Vikings 2017, Rams 2018) Aaron Rodgers is more like Peyton, Rodgers has had many games where he didn't show up at all (home against the Giants, NFC championship games against Seattle and Atlanta)
Absolutely entertaining Games from Saturday till now Love when those heavy underdogs pull out the Win!
I wonder how the Redskins feel knowing potentially either Cousins or Shanahan will be going to the NFC Championship after they pushed them out.
Its funny, I know redskins fans and all they ever did was bash the Shanahans and bash Cousins. All Shanahan ever wanted to do was build around Kirk Cousins, instead he was forced to take RG3. Mike Shanahan was right all along and the Redskins could have been a great team, instead they pushed everyone out.
Not really, who from the jets has gone on to have success? Fitzpatrick? Geno? I guess Brian Schotenheimer.
Gotcha, yeah they are, even worse actually. They had it all, they had a good coach, good offensive coordinator, good qb. Threw it all away because the owner had a love affair for RG3 which caused a riff between him and Shanahan and essentially put Shanahan on a short leash, which of course they outed him and his son the moment they didn't succeed. They never had a real chance to build around the QB they believed in.
I just said to my Eagles fan cousin (via text) that if Uncle Josh pulls a St. Nick I will believe in a higher power.
