And he's going on the open market.

I don't blame him one bit.

Any player in his situation would do the same thing.

Apparently fans think Braxton Berrios can do exactly what Robby Anderson can do, so we should let Robby go.

    Can't say I blame him. I think it's 70/30 that he's gone.

Translation: The best situation sure as hell isn't here, so if you want to keep me you'd better overpay.

Eagles will be all over him. Funny, how teams that want to win want to get better.

The only reason not to go after Robbie is cooper shakes loose from the cowboys.

    c ya!

if i was GM my one offer would be the average to slightly above salary for a #2 WR and thats it.

ALL resources have to go into the OL and DL. i can see spending ONE decent pick on a WR but thats it.

go look at the teams playing the next 2 weeks. Just about every team has invested heavily in their trenches (OL/DL). Granted most have had a QB in place for at least a few years but there is NO excuse for the jets to not go all in on the trenches.

Regardless of what the expectations are for darnold.....jets have no choice.

A good team will offer the same, and Robby will go there. If you run a losing organization, you have to pay the loser's tax in free agency.

Not a good year for Robbie to leverage bigger offers with such a stacked, deep WR class.

yes thats fine and expected. i can't bottle up cash in a glorified #2 WR that thinks he's a #1.

All I care about is that the Jets don't overpay for Robbie. If some other team wants to that is their problem. Please don't match their offer.

I agree about OL, but our DL has seen plenty of investment.

agree - and i am including a legitimate pass rushing OLB as part of the DL.

TGG needs to move on from @FJF. Let him hit the open market. If JetNation wants to overpay for his average production then let them do so.
