Apparently fans think Braxton Berrios can do exactly what Robby Anderson can do, so we should let Robby go.
Translation: The best situation sure as hell isn't here, so if you want to keep me you'd better overpay.
c ya! if i was GM my one offer would be the average to slightly above salary for a #2 WR and thats it.
ALL resources have to go into the OL and DL. i can see spending ONE decent pick on a WR but thats it. go look at the teams playing the next 2 weeks. Just about every team has invested heavily in their trenches (OL/DL). Granted most have had a QB in place for at least a few years but there is NO excuse for the jets to not go all in on the trenches. Regardless of what the expectations are for darnold.....jets have no choice.
A good team will offer the same, and Robby will go there. If you run a losing organization, you have to pay the loser's tax in free agency.
All I care about is that the Jets don't overpay for Robbie. If some other team wants to that is their problem. Please don't match their offer.
TGG needs to move on from @FJF. Let him hit the open market. If JetNation wants to overpay for his average production then let them do so.
