    Yes. But at the time. If you look at the season they were in San Fran they were almost as bad as Gase. Almost.

    And I'm saying you don't have evidence that your claim is true. Because the sample of teams that constantly switch offensive systems is severely biased toward teams that haven't hit on a successful offensive system. As for McCarthy and Turner, they aren't that great (McCarthy had Rodgers, and Turner took over a stacked Chargers team), and I'm not convinced sticking with one of them would have produced a better outcome than the one that eventually happened.

    I'll have to look closer into it. I cited two instances that are good examples with first four year quarterbacks.
