The excitement for this game is through the roof. I can't wait to watch Devlin "Duck" Hodges and the 8-5 Steelers take over MetLife against the 5-9 New York Jets. I actually think this is an extremely winnable game because the Duck is awful, but ya never know with this Jets team. Hoping for the Jets to have a good performance in all three phases and get jobbed at the end or lose on a wacky play last minute. A win could drop the Jets draft pick into the early-mid teens.
When I became a Season Ticket Holder this year I circled this game as a must go. I was hoping this would be a dog fight for a play off spot. As of last week I gave my ticket to a young Jet fan in my company. I hope he isn't abused by Steeler fans who will overtake the stadium.
I'm interested to see just how many Steelers fans will be at this game. They travel well and Jets fans are slowly starting to become apathetic towards the team, and rightfully so given the product they've put out there over the last decade. Maybe it'll be an eye-opener for Chris Johnson, but I doubt it.

I hope we destroy them. Steelers fans are all schmucks that latched on to a winning team.
Not a horrible matchup for the jets. Should be able to contain Conner, if we can move the ball and limit mistakes we could pull one out here.
Steelers fans travel too well. I want to like the team, they were basically the Jets for two generations before the Jets existed. But their fans are just south of Pats fans in terms of obnoxiousness

The Jets could steal this one (no pun intended). Hines Ward says he knows how to beat Spittsburgh and will do so. That's nice, but these are the Jets . . . unless he meant he's gonna suit up and beat his old team single-handedly.
Has Bell lost a step in his off season? This game is going to be a good indicator of where Bell is at. He is going to be fired up to play well against his old team. The problem being our o-line isn't great at run blocking and their above average run defense will likely be keying on Bell. It will be a tough game but we will see if Bell can make a statement. If he can, we will win. If he cant it will be on Sam, which is likely Pitts plan, to negate Bell and force Sam to beat them. This is a winnable game but I have no idea who will win. It is likely that we will be out coached.
I need the Jets to win this game and their last game, so my preseason prediction of 7-9 is correct. I think they have a chance. I am pretty sure Bell would love to end their season. If the Jets play smart they can win this game.
