Better than the 50 something's who were a year or 2 too young to remember the Super Bowl but have endured an additional 30 plus years of this shit. Those of us who are slightly older at least have that one win.
You "only" have 18 years in so its understandable you still have a speck of optimism left. Those of us who've been around since the 60's are solidly in the "show me" phase of our fandom. In other words, we're shocked with unexpected wins and yawn with expected/bad losses. Just another year in Jetland.. You get used to it during the second 20 years..
We might have it even worse than you. Because we were teased with a decade of good solid football to start our careers as fans. Coach and front office turn over but relative organizational competence beyond the Herm Edwards kneel to kill 4 seconds Pittsburgh game and little anecdotes like that. This decade has been torture after being shown what appeared to be a well run franchise in our fandom youth.

Yeah I was born in 1995 and became a Jets fan in 2001. So the first 10 years were fun, and for the few years after that I figured it was only a matter of time before we got back on track. So much for that.
I would understand this thread after the first Dolphins game or the Bengals game, but last night it doesn't make much sense. The Jets put in a good effort against the best team in the NFL. On the road. On a short week. With half of the roster hurt.
The way I see it, there are only two games left in yet another really bad season. Most of us here will be gone soon until draft week. If you gotta vent - let it out these last few weeks. No use taking all that garbage into the off season and we got a lot to vent about.
