Remember when we said the Raider game would be a good measure of our progress.

This game will be the real measure of our progress.

At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if we win big or get blown out.

Offensive line woes have been the biggest problem. They missed their two starting tackles for the majority of the year, and their interior lineman suck as it is. No AJ Green all year either. Andy Dalton's first year in a system where they can't run the ball at all and it's a perfect storm of terrible-ness. He was always just a ball distributor than a quarterback as it was.

You're probably right, but this is the Jets. They'll get blown out when you expect them to win easily.

I guess people forgot about Andy Dalton going (0-8) when the Bengals were actually trying to win? I get he is better than Finley, but fans seem to be overreacting to this news. It will be a tough game, but that is because there are no easy games for the Jets. They can't just show up and win. They don't have enough skill, and have a lot of injuries. Still, this is a winnable game and the Jets have no excuse to lose it, especially not Andy Dalton returning.

Andy Dalton, Ryan Finley, Boomer Esiason, Kenny Anderson, I don’t care who the Bengals start at Qb. Jets want to be taken seriously, they take care of business vs the winless Bengals. I’m confident they will.

The Jets always beat the Bengals like dogs. Expect the same.

Gase on the road is never a good thing. We are 1-4 so far this yr and career wise ,his teams have never played well on the road. Big week for Gase even if against a winless team.

why the F would we want Zac Taylor???? First of all, like it or not, Gase will be here next year. Next, i seriously doubt the Bengals cut bait on Taylor after 1 year, even they go 0-16. They kept Marvin F’ing Clewlis for 20 years!!! Despite the record, they have actually been close in more of their games then not for what it’s worth... and lastly, even if he were available, the Sean McVay ship has sailed. Talyor might be partly to blame, but the Rams offense is now abysmal, and the McVay coaching tree is so 2018 lol

Tomorrow at Thanksgiving I will be thinking about the Jets playing Sunday..

Will they be Stealth Bombers or Gobblers?

Bengals have not being blown out by raiders and steelers last 2 games and i fear because i am a jet fan that we let them off the hook and gift them a win. But surely with the way we are rolling after the raiders we have to take care of business. 34-24 Jets, Can we win every game with 34 points forever please.

That's the dream right. :) We shall see my friend. Sam gives me hope, defense is buzzing. Seems like things are going in the right direction.

This is the Bengals' Christmas or Super Bowl or whatever you want to say. After this, they have the Browns twice, Patriots, and Dolphins on the road. So if the Bengals are ever going to get a win for their fans this year, it will be Sunday against the Jets. That is why Dalton is returning to the line-up. They will give it everything they have on Sunday, especially having a 2 game cushion lead for the #1 overall pick now over the Redskins, Dolphins, and Giants.

Having said that, the Jets are still the better team and on a roll right now. Any kind of challenge is actually a good thing for this young team.

That's the smart money. They look unbeatable.

BUT...somehow the Cleveland Browns beat Lamar and the Ravens. Gregg Williams and his #1 run defense will slow Lamar in ways he hasn't been slowed. This may be Quinten's game to shine. This is exactly the kind of game we drafted him for. Total control of the middle (have you ever played chess?).

Jets D will limit the damage. It will come down to weather or not Sam and Gase's offense can match points on a short week on the road.

    Tough game, but slightly winnable.

    Now, back to the Bengals!
