GREG ----thank god we have hockey because as long as we have dumb and dumber Woody and Chris Johnson the Jets go now where and we have nothing to look forward to. Even when these clowns reach out for help they get the wrong answers. We would have to get extremely lucky and I think every Jet fan is hoping we found gold in Joe Douglas but that remains to be seen

We better hope Douglas is the real deal because he is the one who will get this turned around. Our owners suck and our HC sucks. It really will be an interesting time once the season is over to see what Douglas can do calling the shots with the draft and FA. This will be his first full offseason and he needs to hit a HR for the Jets to have a shot at a better 2020.

LOL, so you will to bank that this dysfunctional organization, that does primarily everything wrong, hired a brilliant GM, and a complete MORON as a HC? What's the chances of that

If this Jets team was at least average, they could have easily finished 11-5 with this soft schedule. That said, at 1-5 seeing what the schedule looks like, 8-8 or even 9-7 are possible. In reality, I figure 4-12 or 5-11 because that's where the Jets like to land.

9-7 ???? Really? Wow you’re VERY optimistic! the Jets won’t even smell a playoff wildcard this year. Maybe next year. And for the record, I didn’t like that the media made fun of your QB and his seeing ghosts comment. Not cool at all in my book! Darnold is a good QB, just on a bad team.

8-2 the rest of the way? That would be typical Jets.
Get everyone excited only to miss the post season by losing the last game of the season.
For that reason and that reason alone, I wouldn’t rule it out.

That said, they play like a 4-5 win team.

What's the point of trolling on opposing teams message boards? Do you really hate your fellow Bills fans that much?

When it's week 16 and you've locked up a a wild card spot is when I'd do it though. Considering you've started 5-1 and 4-2 on two separate occasions in the past 15 years and missed the playoffs, I wouldn't count your chickens bub...

At this point, 4-12 is looking like a realistic outcome.

If Sam is legit than 9-7 is possible. I'm not saying he has to do it all on his own. Just that he has to play like a winner and make plays a quality QB would.

Our defense should keep these teams around 20 a game if we can control the ball. Most of the defenses we are playing are struggling and we should be able to make some plays against them.

If Dallas Sam shows up we should win many games down the stretch.
If NE Sam keeps showing up, we might need a new QB.

The second half of the season is going to tell us a lot about Sam.

I was wrong. I admitted as much in the Dark Knights apology post.

The good news is the Jets are currently #2 in the upcoming draft.

The question is will they do what they always do and win a few games and fall out of the top 3.

I don’t know. I have a hard time believing this is a one win team but then again the way it looks now.....players have checked out. That’s never a good thing ...

After the loss to the Phins, just lose out now if it means Gase is gone at the end of the season. About the only game I’d like to see them win is the Redskin’s game and that’s only because I’m making the trip from Florida to be there.
