Unless he's really good with good mechanics and mentally tough as balls.

Plain and simple, Jets need to trade all there picks away for proven players, every year, they couldn't get anything from picking there isn't nose.

Not against that, but the offense needs playmakers. It's supposed the best draft for WR's since 2014.

Whatever their 1st round pick is, they have to trade down to acquire several more picks. GMa can live with Darnold for another couple of years. However we need a veteran backup QB

Next year Darnold will be a veteran backup.

They can’t pass on a QB because they don’t have one...and then they will ruin him also

I agree. It’s either draft him or trade back for multiple firsts

A friend of mine is a Browns fan. He told me that draft day always is a Browns fan's super bowl. We're the Browns now.

    Draft options:
    1. Chase Young and OL in round 2+3
    2. Trade back, get OL at some point in round 1 and other solid players

Chase Young is the move TBH. Just need to sign one OL or two in FA and that’s if any want to come after the debacle this year with the OL doctor

We need help all over. Trading back, still being able to get a good Edge or OL prospect in the first and depth with the additional picks we get is the best move if the option presents itself imo.

Unless we trade Adams for several high picks, and trade down, no way Jose!

Enough #1 picks going to the D. I'd rather our #1 pick to the Bills than take another D player with our 1st pick.

If we want to draft an edge rusher in the 2nd or 3rd round, fine, but unless we somehow wind up with 3 first-round picks, no way one of them should be for an edge rusher. That won't help protect or help Sam develop. Screw the D.

I have seen enough of darnold. He is like Jameis if pressured he will almost always make the wrong decision. He is a turnover machine. He was in college, he is in the pros. It’s his default setting. It’s time to draft another qb. I am sure we can ride this out for another 4 years with a better oline... going 7-9,8-8, 9-7 cause of his bad decision making but I prefer to put darnold out to pasture
