I don't disagree. But that's so absurd if that's the reason. Considering the two Johnson's wipe their asses with certified checks for $1,000 every morning.
Yep... Esp when you consider if they turned this franchise around they'd be printing money so who cares what it cost
Yawn a bullshit bone thrown to the wolves will be full of clichés and circle talk and crocodile tears fuck the Johnsons
Sadly, you're probably right, but for what this team is worth and what they're making, they can afford it. If they have any intelligence at all, they won't risk permanently alienating the fanbase or ruining Sam. That would have fans coming after them with torches and pitchforks.
I have it on good authority that Joe Douglas is going to announce that " Leonard Williams looked fat to him "
By the way I checked his twitter and googled this topic and found nothing is this press conference accurate?
If Gsse was going to be fired we would have heard some media rumblings by now. I would not get my hopes up on that front. Best case scenario is at the end of the year. But, I would love to be proven wrong on this.
I think it is interesting, and timely, that they are holding a press conference after the trade deadline hits of all days. It signals to me that more moves will be made today
Listen, if we fired the fucker right now.....gave the team to Greg Williams, then hired some freaking high school coach to run the offense, we'd still be better off inside a week. What the fuck are they waiting for ?
In thinking about this more, this press conference is a nothing burger. State of the franchise nonsense. If Gase was getting fired we would've heard about it. And the firesale exonerates him anyway.
My concern is that the fire sale will be done so that Gase can bring in more of “his” guys to run “his” system. Have to wonder how tight Gase and Douglas actually are, and how it impacts Douglas decision to press the Johnsons to fire Gase once this train wreck has run its course.
