I just said something similar in the Gase thread. I’m not defending Gase, he’s a bad coach, but the organization has failed for a decade in player evaluation. Not many coaches are going to succeed when you fail to draft impact players at the top of the draft for a decade, especially when you do so focused almost exclusively on defense and leave the offense bare by practice abc the defense bare by incompetence.
