By the way he "forgot" to plant his front foot while throwing the ball, I hope it was from stubbing his big left toe in the locker room before the game...
guaranteed it happened before the game. no way to lose a toe nail during the game. makes sense as to why sam wasn't stepping up and planting the front foot. seems like a weight got dropped on his toe or somehting
If that happened, it's incompetence of the highest order. Numb his toe with lidocaine or something like that so he can step into his passes. And if that doesn't work, then he doesn't belong on the field.
I'm sure they did doesn't mean mentally he trusts the toe. As someone who has dealt with that i can tell you no way in hell he wasn't in a ton of pain and notably limping if they didn't numb it. it's an extremely painful injury. it essentially an open wound that is being pushed on by a sock and shoe all the time.
Rex hates Sam...maybe he found the girl that gave Sam mono and told her to do some Toe things with him ( he can vouch how fun it gets)
thanks for the update. and jeez how unlucky do you have to be to get stepped on during a game which happens alot, and lose your toe nail over it
I just saw a report he actually lost the toenail in the post game locker room and that it was later found buried in Adam Gase's ass. Presumably Darnold put a boot to Gase having had enough of the free blitzers....
