O line sucks sure but they aren't forcing Sam to loft the ball into no man's land FOUR TIMES like hes throwing confetti in the air. These are painfully obviously on Sam plus a fumble...let's call it as it is, this is NOT on the O line tonight and anyone who thinks otherwise is not watching the same game the rest of us are.
Just going to leave this here. Rex Ryan: I would take Daniel Jones over Sam Darnold Post by: legler82, Sep 23, 2019 in forum: New York Jets
One thing i find odd, any time the Jets get flagged, there is no replay... the kick return to begin the game, the play just before with Bell.... weird.
The horrible retard play we saw today wipes out a lot of what we saw vs Dallas. This was Sanchezian. This was impossibly stupid QB play
Exactly, this was unforgivable and just beyond explanation Darnold has got 10 games to prove himself. Or I'm drafting another QB. This happy feet I'll just loft it anywhere gabage is not acceptable. Where is his head?
He looks totally lost today....definitely worrisome and not an overreaction. This has been his worst game so far as a pro.
That’s your problem; you’re still watching the game. I only saw two of the INT’s, so for me my opinion of him is only half as bad as yours.
Blow it all up & plow this place into a parking lot.. i want scorched earth that will make the current dolphins regime wince. Fuck it all.
Yeah pretty much. It's amazing the Jets can wipe out the good feelings and then some from last week in three lousy quarters but here we are. Darnold just doesn't look like an NFL QB. We'll find out soon enough if the Pats are really that good defensively, but the ghosts comment is gonna have reprecussions.
The comments will be laughed at and all. But they get down to the core of things that Darnold is perhaps to meek, too soft for this league. Where is the guts? Where is the high football IQ? Where is the battling. California kid just throwing stupid whatever int's.
It boggles my mind - literally. Brett Favre played like dog shit once he started hearing "footsteps." In a playoff game, of all games. Not just Favre, but nearly all of these HoF QBs have done miserably under constant duress. If your QB gets hit like Sam was getting thrashed in the 1st half, the game is literally done. That is the fault on Sam? Okay. Keep on drafting new QB, then throw him away. Because that's what this madness will result in. P.S. Belichick made a lot - A LOT - of QBs look rather pedestrian and pathetic. The list includes HoF QBs like Peyton Manning. Are you guys expecting Sam to look halfway decent against Belichick defense? Under Gase's tutelage? With this rag tag offensive line? And only Leveon Bell as his reliable playmaker? If you guys aren't delusional, I don't know what I should call delusional.
