No offense, but you're a dope. When you have a hamstring injury, you are not necessarily in pain just standing or walking around. But when you run full speed in an NFL game, stopping on a dime, cutting, changing direction, then running full speed, your risk of aggravating the injury is at an all time high. I thought this was common knowledge, but it seems to have passed you by.
