    This is going to turn into a full blown mutiny. It's one thing to bench Trumaine Johnson but to now go after Adams & Kalil, he called out players to the press after week 1 *sigh*

    After only two games this guy is doing this this is one of the worst coaching jobs I've ever seen and the scary thing is Gase has total control!!!

    This is why they went through training camp, preseason etc. for?

    So that Gase could bench guys after only two games?

    He's clueless.

    There must be some plan in place figured out between Joe D and his buddy Gase to account for these recent subtractions from the lineup.

    What “ Team”is Gase losing ? Other than Khalil who Douglas took a flyer on its Mac’s Scub Heap :/

    And Joe Fields before him. Good guys get glossed over on shitty teams in lean years. Our fan base has definitely been spoiled with that position.

    The Jets could bench C Ryan Kalil.
    The Jets did bench Kalil in Monday night's fiasco of a loss to the Browns, and coach Adam Gase hinted that will remain the case for the time being. "We’re probably aways from where he wants to be," Gase said Tuesday. He then later backtracked. The Jets lured ex-Panther Kalil out of semi-retirement in August. 2019 is his age-34 campaign. Jonotthan Harrison is the next man up for Gang Green.

    I never heard of Kalil before we got him but he WAS a pro-bowler for at least a few seasons, which means at one time he was pretty dominant. He's older so missing TC was probably a big deal in being in 'lineman' shape.

    He's either going to keep working hard to learn Gase's playbook and needed protection calls and to get in game shape, or he's just gonna say 'fuck it, thanks for the payday' and go home.

    I know youre retarded but can you ask someone at your facility to jump on next time you get computer time and have them explain why your brain is blaiming Gase for Macc not drafting any o line and JD having to take a shot at Khalil?

    The backlash here is interesting; very few people are getting crazy about this. Imagine if Kalil had been dragged out of retirement and given his current contract by MacCagnan just before he was canned?
