I bought tickets months ago. I know the Jets can win, and if they do i will be happy and being tired at work Tuesday will be worth it. It may be my first MNF game, but illness and injuries has taken away some of the hope and excitement, so i decided to sell my tickets. What would you do? Are you going, selling or what?
I will be. I may have an extra ticket still. If my guest can't make it. Not sure yet Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
I will attend. Curious how Trevor and Leveon will do. Have a few pops with my tailgate crew. In the truck and on way home by 1/2 time. If Jets can play all 4 qtrs we may have a win!
I'll be there. My buddy got box seats from his company. I was super jacked up for this game if Sam was going to play so that definitely took some of the luster out of it for me. If I didn't get the box seats I doubt I would be attending.
What is box seats? I just sent a message to @GreenFan15J . @zace and I will meet up. Maybe we can do a little TGG get together.
They are the premium suite seats where its your own "box" or suite where you can have up to 30 people
Why would I sell my tickets? Fans like you are the reason I got rid of my seasons after 37 years. Your not a good fan and that’s a lame excuse. I hope we win and it’s a great game and your cable goes out and you get a flat tire and are late for work. Enjoy your extra sleep son
I wouldn't go to the game if you gave me free tickets I will not support this sad state of ownership until things really change ! all they do is hype up a lame product. I was on the waiting list as a kid in 1995 with thousands of people ahead of me ... 2 or 3 years later they decided to charge 50 bucks per year to be on the waiting list. I said the hell with that ... years later THEY came calling um yea no thanks. I did make the drive to Pittsburgh for the AFC CG (what a disaster that was) I'm a die hard fan and during game time I am glued to the TV I don't care if my father died I wouldn't miss a game ... until today. I can't believe what I'm doing but I booked a job last minute and decided I rather work than watch this sorry state of misery. PS what makes someone a good or a bad fan and who are you to judge ??
I hope you get a fun krew for a tailgate ... for years and years of being a fan I never had a group of fellow fans to tailgate with ):
BTW @Brook! I love what you're doing with giveaways, contests, etc ... I used to run a group on FB and would always do giveaways, concerts, festival tickets etc ... great work !!
Would love to meet up but this time we are set on hanging in Lot L with a group of people. If you are there again I may drop by some time!
I am going tonight but I don't blame you at all. We had been on the waiting list since probably about 2000 and finally got tickets in 2007. Last year in our 12th year of having season tickets I finally missed my first game since we had them. I actually missed two games, the Pats and Texans games. I decided to take work instead, I followed the games as closely as I could while working, but I finally decided that I have to draw the line somewhere with this shit product. I am not going to turn down work for games anymore because its just simply not worth it, the product is terrible. However, I did take off of work today , haha!! I took off for this day months ago and was SO amped up for. Definitely feeling a bit deflated but the tailgate will be great and I am thinking we shock the world and pull out a win. I definitely feel you though and don't blame you a bit. Ownership fleeces the fans every fucking year and we just sit and take it but because we love the team and we love the tailgate experience and being with family, etc. No judgement here.
