McVay must really believe in this guy because while he has put up great numbers, I don't get the feeling he is one of the top QBs in the NFL right now or even close.
goff is a very good QB and mcvay is apparently perfect for him...i put him just under mahomes and ahead of trubisky.
Tremendous arm. I question his ability under pressure. When the Rams are in control he's arm talent shines. When things get a little tight he gets a little tight. I don't see him as a guy who can will the team to victory, I see him as a front runner. He's still young but I would have waited until I had to resign him.
I actually thought Trubisky under pressure in the playoffs was much better than Goff. Goff shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Mahomes at this point. The Rams were an allstar team last year that was loaded on both sides of the ball and Goff looked like a deer in the highlights in a big spot. Trubisky made some great throws under pressure against Philadelphia. He drove them right into field goal position with 48 seconds on the clock to win the game. Phily blocked a very makable 43 yard FG. Trubisky was a very productive QB last year. Very under rated.
less then wilson actually. I still don't se how dak is asking for 40mil. I think the 30mil dallas offered him was generous enough
