Goddamn it @stinkyB, you beat me! Always a bridesmaid, never a bride. Or whatever that jackass phrase is.
I will never understand why these guys put everything at risk for drugs. Dude will probably just get probation and the pats will try to blame the cops for the way they obtained the evidence.
On a serious note, if reports are accurate, he will likely get off. Police supposedly responded to an alarm at his vacation home, and upon entering found some lines of coke on a table. He wasn't present at the time. Given the break in, his not being there, it's going to be difficult to prove he was in possession.
A professor at MIT just proved that it wasn't cocaine, it was anthrax planted by a Mexican Trump supporter.
Because everybody leaves lines of coke on a table hanging around when they leave their home. What's he doing in his summer home during training camp? Is he driving back and forth 4 hours per day which participating in grueling practices? Another half-baked story to prepare you for the opening of the athletic theatre that is the NFL.
He hasn’t been practicing, he is injured. And this is from an incident in May. They just got the ruling back from a grand jury to arraign him.
The incident was actually on June 25th. Injured or not, I'm sure he was still attending team meetings and at the facility for camp.
