YES! Mets rally for two in the bottom of the 10th to win it!

I wish they’d call this game so I can go to bed peacefully.

I wished they called the game so we could get the win but they like never do that when the Mets play.

Game is called and the Mets complete the sweep. Unfortunately the Cubs, Nats, and Cards also won, so they don't gain on anyone who played today and are still two games out of the wild card.

It's actually a backhanded compliment to the Mets, but what's more interesting is that they feel they need to publicly tell the fans to chill out, like Aaron Rodgers does. Must be a midwestern thing - around here teams and players expect fans to get pissed off, so they just try to ignore it.

Actually yeah I guess it can be taken as they are telling their fans they didn’t lose to a bad team.

The more accurate description of the Mets, if they were trying to compliment them and reduce the panic of the losses, would be the best team in baseball since the All-Star Break.

Thor didn't take "fringe" as a compliment.

Agreed, they should have called it right away. Nothing is worse than delaying a game for 2 hours then almost immediately canceling it anyway. Pure stupidity.
