2019 Preseason Game 1 - Jets vs. Giants

That almost pick was a nice deflection away by a good player in Peppers. But rarely are those throws INT's. As they say...if he could catch that he would be a wide receiver. He got his hands on it but it was not thrown right to him

And after that he was perfect. Against the Giants 1st team defense

 

I was shrieking so loud I almost choked to death when the Jets were playing Minnesota some years ago. The T-storm was like The Wrath of God, and everyone had to shuffle like cattle to get on the concourse. Then the loudspeakers went out. More shrieking. That's The New Dump for ya.

That was the night Wayne Chrebet was inducted into The Ring of Honor and Woody the Cheapskate gave him a fck plaque or some shit for his man cave instead of, you know, A TRIP OR SOMETHING. Royal was there, too, and we milked the cheapskate angle, you betcha. I mean, I wasn't the only one who picked on that for Pete's sake. Jesus H, poor Wayne Chrebet is a walking case of CTE and Woody Johnson gives him a plaque for his trouble. He probably made him pay for parking.

 

Not getting too excited or too down. 1st string look O GOOD and our first D stopped their first stringers.The rest is garbage. Their QB looks good but again it's all bs football. Enjoy the game and look for individual play by our Jets

 

Oh, my God, they went back to regularly scheduled programming. Hahahaha.

2nd string secondary sucks

 

Not loving Brown's awareness at CB. Doesn't turn his head around. At all. Ever.

We will not be able to sustain any sort of injuries to the secondary.

 

*shrug*

 

I'm sure JD is watching this and got his cell phone primed.

 

How do so many secondary players make it to the NFL w/o learning to turn their heads around? I just don't get it.

 

Athleticism? All Brown does is just run with his back to the play. He has no idea there is a football out there. He just runs.

 

Let's get a good drive out of this. The Giants are crap

Remember that Browns clips where G Williams laid into them at halftime? He just had 90 minutes to let them know how shitty they’ve been.

Uniforms looks great on TV.

Helmet looks amazing with the stadium lights bringing out a nice light green / dark green contrast.

 

Clear Bellamy is Trevor’s favorite target.

 

Still not a fan of the Logo.

 

I just don't understand why they didn't just slap the 78-1997 logo on it and call it a day

I don't think the new logo is piss poor, but it's a C+/B- when it could be an A+

 

That was a cool ass play design. Let’s not use those in August...
