Favre would've never stayed here. He used the Jets from Day 1. His plan all along was to go to Minnesota.

BUT - Rex wrote in his book that the Jets plan was to draft Percy Harvin in that scenario

I saw Percy as an option but just figured that rex would go D as he usually did.
And yes, I know Favre wouldn’t have stayed, just going down the alternative universe where he does.

I was going to post this earlier, but (no offense to any other poster here) the buttfumble is so overrated when if comes to Jets "f*ck-up" plays. If I had to list them all from memory, the buttfumble might even make the top 25.

While it might have some meaning for the general public, in the annuls of Jet history it's not even a footnote.

I don't wanna see that list.

    No need to be triggered.
    I need my safe space.

Aug. 24, 2013: The Snoopy Bowl loses its innocence. Sanchez suffers a right shoulder injury in the fourth quarter of a preseason game against the New York Giants. The Jets downplay the injury for weeks, but the quarterback is headed for season-ending surgery to repair a torn labrum. Ryan is roundly criticized for playing his likely Week 1 quarterback behind an offensive line of future truck drivers and cable delivery men.

    Ryan.............what a buffoon.
