The combination of terrible golf technique and abysmal decision making in something as simple as where to park your cart results in fatal consequences.
That's really sad, and negligence on the father's part. You should always park the cart behind the tee off area or at the very least make sure your kid is behind the area. Front and to the left is the worst place to be, I know from experience.
So a man is playing a round with his wife. Slices one off the tee box and it lands in front of a shed. The wife says, if we open the doors on both ends you may be able to hit it through. He tries , ball bounces off the wall comes back and kills her. A few months later, playing with a friend he puts a ball in the same spot. Friends says it looks like you could play through the shed if we open all the doors. Man says, last time I tried that I got a bogey.
A man and his friend are playing golf one day. The man is about to chip onto the green when he sees a long funeral procession on the road next to the course. He stops in mid-swing, takes off his golf cap, closes his eyes, and bows down in prayer. His friend says: "Wow! That is the most thoughtful and touching thing I have ever seen. You are truly a kind man." The other man replies, "Yeah, well, we were married 35 years." .
