Brady's "alleged" application was shot down in just two quick months. LOL. Even the Trademark Office states that its initial application review usually takes 4-6 months. So the TMO fast tracked this process during the summer months, when they are certainly shorthanded due to employees taking vacations?

I can believe a lot of things (or maybe not), but a Government agency working two or three times faster than they usually do is a bit rich. Completely and utterly shocked this story may be a coded hoax/marketing gimmick because USA Today is a tremendously credible rag which has absolutely no agenda and nothing to gain in fudging the truth.
