Not if he eats healthy fats like nuts, avocado's, and high fiber foods. It's about sustainable energy.
The one thing I’ll say is talk is cheap. I’ve heard players described as “in the best shape of their lives” or “healthier than they have been in years” and most of the time it is nonsense. That being said I’m pulling for him to be healthy and dominant.
As long as Le'veon can ...and to think one Super Bowl win would fix all that. Just kidding. We'd complain abut the winning score.
Just look at before and after pictures lol what are you talking about? In regards to K.O, it's night and day difference; he's in best shape of his playing career/life. He's not talking it, he's living it.
And if it's not the score, it's something else. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I know all fan bases have these same types of fans we poke fun at, but the shit this fan base pulls out of the depths of its ass, is quite remarkable
You're lucky Atkins didn't kill your father as many say he did to himself. The "diet doctor" was grossly overweight at 258 when he died of falling on his head and he had recently lost some weight following a heart attack. He had more than one and also experienced congestive heart failure and hypertension. Certainly no poster boy for eating well. Hopefully, KO (an unfortunate set of initials) has better people advising him.
Welcome to the Gang Green..... where our best defensive lineman is too fat and our best (potentially) offensive lineman is too skinny..........
Weight loss, schmeight loss. He said God is great. Hopefully he yells Allahu akbar and blows up The New Dump. That's a fatwa we can all stand behind!
i don't really care if he's fat or ripped as long as he can block lol. most of the bets lineman are fat anyway. mangold had a big gut and was a beast
One of the top 5 all-time Jets lineman tackle Marvin Powell. Take Mark Gastineau off roids, cut off the head and put in a brain. That's what Powell looked like. He was a great player in both pass blocking and firing out on run blocks. https://www.newyorkjets.com/photos/...10438322#baf6a099-9bef-4e76-bfc7-572a9500745f
different era of football though. someone his size would get bullied around by the modern day d-lineman. most interior lineman are better off fat
Don't think so. Armstead, Kelce, Staley and Hudson all play between 295 and 305. A lot depend on the blocking scheme. If he can maintain leverage and he can get out and pull and extend his blocks longer he'll be fine.
