he's a solid gadget player, but got kicked out of green bay for being a dick, i think he learned his lesson though. surprised the ravens didn't keep him. their backfield is pretty bad
I don't know about this guy, he seems immature. In Green Bay he blatantly ignored the coaches when they told him to take the knee and down the ball, but instead took it out of the end zone and fumbled and lost them the game. I just hope he learned his lesson.
Another short area weapon.Could be a change of pace to Bell as well as in the slot. Gotta see if hes learned from the meltdown in GB.But could be a very good signing
When healthy Montgomery is a solid threat. A few years ago I had him in fantasy he was listed as both a RB and WR and had some really big games. Kid runs hard and a good pass catcher. Still young at 26. Sign him.
Because we need a backup RB and because the OL that are still out there are no better than what we have (at least in Mac's eyes). Maybe Sullivan wants guaranteed money or a long-term deal rather than a one-year contract. He may also know that if the Jets draft a C, he's not gonna make the team anyway, as the Jets would probably prefer to keep Harrison as the backup since he's younger and more versatile.
I'd rather the Jets sign someone prior to the draft, but we could find a better RB as a camp cut following the draft and TC. There are also a couple of RBs I'd like to see the Jets take a chance on in the 4th round or maybe 6th round.
Between Montgomery, Ware and Yeldon, I think I prefer Ware. He's more a runner than receiver, whereas both Montgomery aren't very good runners but are good receivers. We already have McGuire who fits that description. We need a RB who can rush the ball.
“*insert tgg meme* because I have nothing to contribute.” All of you. You know who you are. Fuck this guy, draft RB’s late who are hungry.
