If you want to see a real money grab have a look at most of the teams in the soccer Premiership, most teams have as many as 4 official jerseys and then another for European matches. Not only that, but they changes a couple of the jerseys on alternate years!
So the Jets have 5 different possible uniforms to wear on game days. So perhaps I missed it, have they determined what they will wear at home, away, Thursday’s night games, Sunday Night game, and Monday night?
Was going to say the same tbh, stopped buying them a long time back, mind I do want a Jets jersey at some point but always thought they were way overpriced.
What I had first thought of as a production for the fans turned out clearly to be a handful of Jets lackeys kissing up to the owner's brother and gladhanding each other for producing a fairly average uniform and not making focus groups vomit all over themselves during the testing phases. The entire thing was done to play up to the ego of a gray haired rich kid.
They are overpriced, thats why you see so many knock-offs on the internet from the Far East. On the other hand I see Ebay has lots of old style Sanchez jerseys up for sale still
Yeah, UK ebay is full of them #6's the cheapest was a Tebow one, noticed an Anderson one in white but was a bit suspicious of it being a snide.

The uniforms in my opinion look quite nice. Point in fact, if we actually morph into a no shit winning organization, they will look ass kicking fantastic...Or not meaningful at all if we don't start winning.
I personally like the uniforms the way they were, no need for a change in my opinion. That being said, I don't like these new uniforms. I like the lighter green, and the green on the helmet as well, but I'm not to thrilled about the logo on the helmet, or the green stripe across the shoulders. I would have preferred the 80's logo over this one, and white sleeves on the green jersey and vise versa. Not to happy for the change. Now that they've blessed us with ugly uniforms, they owe us a superbowl.
The jerseys keep growing on me. Seeing them on tv for the first time today made me like them even more. Totally on board now. Including the helmet. It actually looks awesome. The logo seemed plain at first glance yesterday, but it actually looks pretty good. Comparisons to the XFL or AAF or CFL is ridiculous. There are so many things you can do with green white and black. Looks great.
I still can't believe we're wearing black. What's next, camo, carbon fiber? Are we going to be the new Seahawks?
They'll be changing too, soon anyway. So they have said. The league is getting away from its gothic / dark colors trend. The start of the next 100 years should be a tad brighter. Browns already said they'll dump current uni's
I’m seeing some better quality photographs from news sites than the crap the Jets were putting out, and quite honestly, they really don’t look bad. I’m kind of diggin’ them actually. Now, we need some playoff wins for me to really give a sh*t.
