If we are sticking with a 3-4 defense, would you consider him? Positives are leadership and experience.
No. If the Packers aren't interested in keeping him, then he has nothing left. He only got 3.5 sacks last year starting all 16 games. I'm pretty sure he got more penalties than sacks. His play has been declining for the last several years. 2014 was the last time he had double digit sacks with 11. Since then, it's been 6.5, 5, 7.5 and 3.5. The roster spot would be better taken by Justin Houston or Shaq Barrett.
Clay Matthews at the right price: yes or no... You mean like Free?... then ok... anything more... not so sure.
Nope. Has not recorded double digit sacks (11) since 2014. And only coming off a 3.5 sack season last year. We deserve better.
No thanks, and all the stories this morning are that he wants to stay close to home because he just had a baby two weeks ago. He'll be a Ram I bet.
And he flew a drone into Rodgers' truck and kept him up all night singing and playing the TV loud. Sounds like a real head case to me.
At this point of his career he is just a name. He is no longer the pass rushing threat he once was. Not to mention he is hella injury prone. Easy pass.
NO...I watched the Jets vs. Green Bay game a few times & he played the whole game & not once did they mention his name. He was a no show, don't want him!
If we had a young LB core, like 1st/2nd year players, then sure for vet leadership on the field and in the LR. So, no.
