The Jags and Dolphins look okay now, but Nike's first attempts at their uniforms were brutal. And IMO the Titans and Browns unis suck, along with the Bucs. I like the Vikings and Lions though, and the Seahawks look has become iconic there.
What the actual fuck. Jags Seahawks Dolphins all suck and the Titans are possibly the worst uniforms I’ve ever seen. The Browns don’t totally suck and the Vikings are the closest to not sucking out of the bunch of them. The TITANS?!?
Of course not. I suspect we are wildly different in our demographics. Look, I don’t hate the Vikings or Falcons or Cardinals which are relatively true to the team history. The Titans are one of the most hideous, unnecessarily busy, multi-colored horror shows I’ve ever seen. I need to avert my eyes when they are on the telly.
Ours now with one consistent green color, not a patchwork of drab and olive green. Or the Colts. But in green. What we want is something clean crisp and professional looking. Not some gangster mashup.
The Colts uniform especially the road whites look extremely classy and professional to me. The Jets too if the all white is done right.....what do those two teams have in common ? One base color. I've seen enough of these silly over the top uniforms...Tenn, Seattle, TB. They look hideous but unfortunately much of the fan bases seem to like it.......

Browns are changing their uniforms to something more respectable. Dolphins already changed back to their old uniforms except for the helmet (and wear the throwbacks a lot because the fans prefer that) Vikings have a decent uniform, but the original rebrand failed miserably. They went back to something more traditional Same with the Jags. They were a laughingstock and then went back to something a lot less stupid. Seahawks are a total laughingstock uniform wise
What does that even mean? 1978 was also a complete overhaul but we came out with a nice clean classic uniform. But it was a total overhaul. Nothing of old was maintained. But it looked great Is it going to be an evolution from that look? Or is it something to make the double digit IQ ghetto "diz fire foo!!" crowd happy and just a total laughingstock. Remember the Jets have already seen a bunch of teams make uniform mistakes and be forced to change back, so it's doubtful that they repeat those mistakes after seeing what happened with the Jags or Bucs or Browns. I think the best guide to what we'll be getting is the Vikings. I just think it will be an evolved 80's look.
Another thing to keep in mind. The Jets are owned by a 72 year old conservative man. When he bought the team you'd figure a change would be in the works too...to put his own uniform stamp on the franchise. Nothing happened. Woody still has final say when it comes to the uniforms. Chris is heavily involved too as well but he's just the caretaker for now You think Woody would sign off on some Bucs or Seahawks clownsuits? Not a chance.
