    This is great news. I've always been a fan of the 4-3, so I'm interested to see how we transition back.

    Fuck yes! I love the coaching staff we are putting together including Gase. If Mac can get it right this offseason (big IF) then we will be a serious team next year. PUMPED! Good things are on their way, believe it!

    Should be a fun year at least. Listening to Gase yesterday, it almost sounds like they will run 2 different teams with Gase running the O and Williams running the D. Could work. Could fail miserably. Can't wait!

    Who knows. At least this will be interesting. Maybe the Jets start a trend around the NFL for organization structures.

    Apparently uneven jeans is a thing now, so you never know.

    I'm hyped about this. He and the late Jim Johnson were two of my fav D-Coordinators. Big fan of the 4-3. Great move. This opens a lot of options as well with who he brings in as D assistants. As for Keven Greene, has he really done all that well with our group? I know he has been a beast in his career, but what about Joey Porter?

    I've been an enthusiastic supporter of moving back to the 4-3. We could never get the linebackers to effectively run the 3-4
