    Nice score.

My problem with that game is that they don't take some major factors into consideration like blocking scheme a team uses or whether it plays a 3-4 or 4-3 D alignment. This is because they can't get the algorithms to work without making the game buggy. Also, I don't know what draft site they get their player ratings from, but I think a lot of their grades are screwy. For instance, I haven't seen either Kalhil Hodge or Caleb Wilson play, but if you read draft reports on them, they don't sound like good prospects at all, yet they give an A+ for both of them. They had QB Daniel Jones of Duke listed as a Day 1 pick. I'm a Duke fan and had high hopes for Jones a couple of years ago, but he's never lived up to his potential. They did move him back to a Day 2 prospect after I commented about that. They also had a huge disparity between Jonah Williams and Greg Little. In a couple of drafts, I traded down to the end of the 1st round and took Little there (although someone normally takes him in the 5-8 area) and also took him once in the 2nd round and was given a B+ whether I took him at #5 or in the 2nd round. They fixed that after I pointed it out.

Because their algorithm can't sort out blocking scheme or D alignment, it gives high grades when you draft a player who isn't even a fit for the Jets (if they have a high grade assigned to that player) or they will give you a low grade (if they don't happen to rate that player highly). As a result, some of the players in your draft aren't good fits for the Jets (DreMont Jones - 295 lbs, we don't need a light DT, the only thing we really need on the DL is an NT, or if we switch to a 4-3, we need a DE edge rusher; Koron Crump - 220 lbs, too light for the 3-4 alignment; Beau Behzschawel is more of a man blocker for a power rushing attack and not a very good pass blocker). I wrote them, tried to correct their Jets needs (but they still have DT, ILB, FS and SS as needs) and made some other comments and suggestions. It seems their tech/coding people aren't all that swift, as they can't differentiate between blocking schemes or 3-4 vs. 4-3 players because

The trade down offers in this draft were awful, but in order to get a 2nd round pick, I accepted one from Carolina just to see what would happen, but wouldn't have done it in real life. Not a high scoring draft, but I don't think any of us would complain if we came out of the draft with a new LT, C, & OG, 2 excellent WR prospects (1 a real playmaker), a bellcow RB prospect, and pretty good NT and CB prospects.

Frankly I don't know if I'd do anything this extreme. [Yes, I did take a hint from you, K'OB]

Other than the scores, I don't know much about these kids. Maybe the only thing I like about this draft is - well. I got to draft Bosa.

    Pipedream Cinderella GM Game!

Six picks in the 2nd round, twenty seven in the 3rd round, Mitch Hyatt being given an A+ grade (let alone Trey Adams who hasn't stayed on the field two years running)........what's not to like?

"I'd like 'Alabama Roster' for $500, Alex?"

By now I feel this draft game is a bit silly. By that, I mean to say [this game does not really reflect any ounce of reality.]

Besides the stupid number of trades, the [recommendation] does not reflect the actual needs of any given team.

And it is so easy to game the system. Just trade down and then get 30+ A+ picks in round 4 5 and 6. You don't need round 1 quality talent. Obviously picking a quality talent in round 1 has as much weight as picking a fringe player in round 7.

    Case in point:

What this game has shown me is that if we don't trade down in the 1st and don't take an OT in round 1, we are essentially fucked until next year. OG class is weak this year as well as OT so it's either high end talent or 2020 is going to be a heavy heavy draft for OL

Human stupidity knows no bounds. Yes. That includes me. Duh.

I don't know why I keep wasting my time on this joke.

Well. I did pick Clelin Ferrell, AND extra 1st round pick in 2020. The rest are - pretty much released in summer, if Jets DO pick like this. [If they do, I start "FIRE MACCAGNAN" banner in front of One Jet Drive.] Do I care?
