With the Gase hire, after the drafting of Darnold last year and with $100 million in cap space the countdown has officially begun. If the New York Jets aren't playing in a Super Bowl within the next five years you can call the Gase hire a bust and possibly Darnold too. I'm thinking Super Bowl.
byz, Don't go anywhere this time. FYI. Worrying about health of @championjets69 - He isn't around lately. I hope he is good and healthy.
I would've thought somebody would have posted about our 50th anniversary sooner than 5:54am on Jan 12th, LOL

So here you have 50 one-line explanations (some would say pathetic & lame excuses) as to why the Jets missed out of the Super Bowl for the past 50 years. Hopefully, we'll see the irony, the humor, the bad luck and the repetitive nature of the problems that have befallen the Jets in their quest to win another Super Bowl. Hey, it's a strychnine cocktail shaken not stirred! ; ) I'm pretty sure O'Brien and Gastineau were arrested at Studio 54 in 1983. O'Brien was acquitted and Gastineau got community service.
Tks I am good & healthy but no longer waste time on this site since I concluded my posts will not change anything & until the ownership changes IMHO the NYJs will continue to be the SOJs they have benn sincer SB 3
