I'd really prefer a guy who has HC experience.

Not really a fan. It’s impossible to tell if the Mahomes/Chiefs success has anything to do with him. A mannequin could be their OC and it might make 0 difference.

Looking through the replies, Cowboys fans are unanimously terrified about this. Interesting.

Passing game coordinator/DB coach is an interesting title too. Suggests he’s knowledgeable about both sides of the ball.

    Research time.

    I just vomited a little.

Jets invites for interview: Eric Bieniemy, Kris Richard

Browns: Freddie Kitchens, Gregg Williams, Dan Campbell, Brian Flores, Matt Eberflus (and presumably Mike McCarthy and Adam Gase) Packers: Josh McDaniels, Flores, Campbell

I have a feeling Mac talks too slowly.

Based on the articles that Manish has written, it seems like the FO has leaked that they’re interested in some college HC’s and want to get the fan base acquainted with them.

If true, we’ll be much slower to find out about those interviews. Interview requests of other teams’ coaches get quickly leaked by the other team, but NFL reporters are less plugged in to the college game and don’t have the same sourcing. Also, college teams don’t have any incentive to leak that their coaches are being interviewed like NFL teams do.

Richard is an interesting name. Living out in Seattle he was regarded pretty highly here and in Dallas. Still want someone with experience though.

The OC from K.C. I get the feeling that offense is run by Andy. And the OC is there for help. Similar to how Rex used to run the defense and the DC was there for help

He didn't call the plays. Reid still made all the calls and only 1 year of OC also. I would be weary of this. This would solve one problem. The Rooney rule would be complied with. Just not enough experience.

  15. Mccarthy/Harbaugh(Big maybe)/Caldwell/Gase-These are the experienced candidates. After the first 2 im sorry..we’re gonnna need to move away from this model.

Theres not gonna be a sure thing. The johnson idiots & brown nose MAC will have to put their big boy pants on,take a risk & get it right for once.

Carmichael/Peterson/Lafleur/Defillipo It sucks but its not time for excuses nor is it the time to rely on a resume to make the hire.Ask the right questions & create the right expectations/synergy for once

He did it for a single season. Outside of that, he has ZERO exposure to the offensive side of the ball. PASS.
