I can't enter codes on the website either. Due to a death I missed the game this weekend. Wonder what will happen if i call?

Wait a minute.. i'm a season ticket holder. i'm at games yelling my head off. How do you get points for fan assist?? Was i supposed to sign up somewhere?

 

Haha, good one! The Jets will give you 100 points IF the fan noise decibel level reaches (I think) 112 decibels. Now correct me if I am wrong here but since we moved into MetLife I don’t think we ever got 100 points for fan noise. You get 100 points for opposing QB sacks, opponent offsides, opponent unplanned time outs and delay of game penalties.

 

I'm not Joking. I've Never gotten points for Any of those things. WTH ?? Who am i suppose to talk to about that. Or how do i get points for those things??

You have to make sure you are scanning in with your rewards card or the virtual rewards card in order to get the points. In previous years, if you printed your tickets you would not get those bonus points.

 

As long as you attended the game and scanned in you’ll get the fan assist points. If you won a suite you need to check the point totals. I send the Jets messages and they update the correct total. Never had a problem with that.

 

The portal to input the codes is working now

 

I emailed them last night and said what the f/$) is going on now with the app and web page can put in reward codes

Ahh. So you Only get Fan Assist points if you Scan in the game with you Season Ticket CARD... Not if you print out or scan in another way.

 

If you use your phone and have your tickets loaded on it you do get your points and fan assists. Also if you use the tickets they send you that you hang around your neck you get everything. If you print your tickets out you do not get anything at all, not even the game checked off for attendance. Hope this helps.
