Do it through the rewards portal. There is an option to contact them. I find that they respond to that a lot faster.
Ever since Jets Rewards started, they have sent me a coupon for use at the flagship store when I reached red zone status. I did that a few weeks ago, and haven't seen anything from them. Has anyone else received such a coupon recently?

I am not a PSL holder and sit in the 300's. The coupon was for 25% off a purchase of $150 or more so I typically got a jersey or a jacket with it. They may have sent the coupon to non-PSL holders. I usually got it around mid-season so let's see if they send it prior to the next home game.

Thanks so much! I looked all over and couldn't find this message. I do recall seeing it but I must have deleted it somehow. I know about the Jets Shop discount but I did find the e-mail I got last year that gave me 25% off at the flagship store. I am going to reach out to Jets Rewards to see if they are still offering this coupon or will at some point. I have my eyes on a few items at MetLife!

My account rep got back to me on this a couple of days ago. I have what I need from him. The coupon I was thinking about was different than the one I mentioned. The coupon that they did sent out was for $50 off a purchase of $150 or more at the flagship store. This was the one that was sent out after reaching red zone status. My rep said this this was discontinued this year as the flagship store gives discounts to all STHs who show their card. I'll have to stop by there after the Bills game...
