Great win against the Broncos who were coming off a short week. We are 2-3 and next week will probably determine a lot about the rest of the season. Win and you are 3-3 looking good for rest of the season. Lose and you are 2-4 which is a big hole to come out of. There is no Must win game for week 6 in NFL but if there was one, this could be one of those games. Due to superstitious reasons I can't start a "Who will be at the Colts game?" thread for potential tailgate discussions but I will be at the game with my boys and let me know if anybody wants to meet up to have a beer or two.
Luck vs. the best QB prospect since Luck. If Hilton is still injured next week, this is very winnable.
Colts OL is nothing to write home about and it actually might be worse than ours. Hopefully we can eat them alive.
Great point from you as always. Consistency. I don't mind losing but inconsistent performance kills my mood. I hope this week's intensity carries over.
We have no idea which Jets team will show up.. Or which DC for that matter. Today was great, but the next game is the most important game of the year...
Indys D is very underrated but it always seems like you can just out physical them. Punch them in the mouth early
This is the game on the schedule that I'm the most confident we win. Feel free to quote the above after a shutout loss.
I'll be in attendance, and I'm glad the game has some meaning. We *should* win. We have an established run-game in comparison to many names the Colts throw out there. We'll have to contain Hines and Ebron (assuming Doyle is still out). Let's hope Hilton sits again or plays and he's less than 100%. I want to see Mo Claiborne work the jug machine all week at practice.
Like the season so far. If Sam plays well we have a great shot to win. When he doesn’t we lose. No big mystery.
I had us beating Denver by 17 today, we won by 18. I didn't think Denver was any good and neither is Indy. Luck is not the same guy, he doesn't have the magic, at least not yet. The Colts are a bad team, the Jets win this game 27-17. Jets will be 3-3 after 6 weeks with a great opportunity to get above . 500 against the Vikings.
I hate to look ahead, but that Vikings game is going to be tough as hell. Diggs & Thielen will be super hard to contain.
Win this one and we are right where we were last year at this time. Hopefully we can finish differently this year. I like our odds against the Colts at home if we can continue to hit chunk plays.
This is a classic let-down game that we've seen from the Bowles-led Jets for the past four years. Get a big win, everybody's happy for a week, with an inferior opponent coming to town. The Jets should beat Indy. They're not very good, but then again, neither are the Jets. They should win, but there's enough evidence over the last 4 years to show that they very well could come out flat and give Indy the game.
