Just like last week vs. Jax with 7:30 left. The Pats did eventually score, but the TD drive took over 4 minutes.
Well, toward the end of the game I did see a couple of times where it looked like Brady was just "folding" in the pocket. Still way to early to announce his demise.
I wouldn't right off Brady just yet but next weeks game against Miami will tell a lot. If they lose then maybe a changing of the guard is taking place.
Yep, and I thought that that was a terrible call too (in fact, I thought that one was worse). In real time: http://forums.theganggreen.com/thre...jets-at-browns-tnf.91116/page-31#post-3731933
Yep but the sooner the Patriots miss the playoffs, the better. I think Brady goes out like Tim Duncan did and just abruptly announce his retirement in the offseason when it is time. He has nothing left to accomplish at this point, he has 5 rings which will never be broken.
They're trotting out Dorsett, Patterson and Hogan as his WRs. Plus, White is much more competent than Michel at this point, but they're force feeding Michel for some reason. But that defense outside of Gilllmore is straight up donkey balls.
Yea, that was just strange all the way around. I think it was a pride thing. Belly and Brady didn’t want to go into hurry up desperation mode to try to tie the game, and potentially fail. They ceded with 2 minutes to go.
So are the Dolphins the team to beat in the AFC East? Seems strange to see NE at 1-2. I'm sure once Brady gets Edelman and Gordon he'll be fine and NE will probably end up winning the division again. I doubt the Dolphins can sustain this pace.
Not saying that the Patriots are done, but this is the first time that they have had consecutive losses of 10+ points since 2002, a season in which Tommy Boy had the worst QB rating of his career, and the last season the Patriots won fewer than 10 games.
When was the last time Br*dy didn't fold in the pocket under pressure? that's what he does, folds and pouts. The key to the Pats is the coaching. They always start off slow, and after getting enough film on opponents to game plan, they improve as the season goes on. Even though I hate Miami, I'd like to see them beat the cheats next week.
I think that guy is out for the game lol. They say it’s his knee but I’m pretty sure it was his soul.
