Just wanted to share my feedback from this past weekend as I redeemed some awards. 1) I did the breakfast as I have done in the past and they used to allow us on the field afterwards. That is not the case anymore. We had to wait in the plaza from 10:30-11 after they kicked us out of the club after breakfast was over. Luckily I had other rewards to redeem so I did it have to wait 2.5 hours for kick off. 2) I won the auction for the behind the scenes when the Jets as leave the locker room to take the field. I got an email saying I would be in the tunnel from 12pm -12:45. Well I was in the tunnel from 12pm -12:13 to be exact. Got to see the players leave the locker room for warmups. At 12:13 they said it is over and we had to leave the tunnel. When questioned I got the line “Rewards Subject to Change.” With no real sense of appology / sympathy for my kid. 3) Lucky I had the reward of running out he tunnel onto the field as well which never disappoints at least not yet. I hope the jets are not scaling back in these experiences, has anyone else experienced a cut back?
I was also at that event, by locker room, toral waste of time, with a nasty Jets rep no less, last year we stayed on the field for almost an hour and watched the entire team leave the locker room. First time I was truely disappointed with a reward
You must have been there with my wife and son. They said the same thing about the rep. I actually wrote to the Jets today and ended up having the same rep, Natasha Arena, write me back.

FYI: If anyone is thinking of using your rewards for a suite this is what you're getting: 1) You'll probably be put in a corner suite on the second tier. 2) The view of the game is poor and the suite is small. 3) The food will be something like chicken wings with celery sticks. 4) If we are expecting a fierce rain or snow its good for shelter ( I used points for a suite for last years game against the Falcons ) Hope this helps anyone thinking of using points on a suite.
I have sat in suite since program started. You sit jets bench side at around 20 yd line north side of stadium . not bad seats. Fits about 25 people there are like 3 tvs in suite. Food is chicken fingers wings and fries with bottle water. You can order anything you like but will have to pay for it. The nice thing you sell your tickets and parking if you like or give away they give you a parking permit ahead of time and tickets at will be at will call.
