While I'm happy to get on the wagon regarding Bowles inabilities, I think the only really questionable releases where Luvu and perhaps Mc Bride, or may be Minter.
Of the three I'm most surprised about Luvu, a guy with a lot of natural instincts who needs to be coached and developed. Something that neither Bowles nor Rodgers unfortunately are remotely capable of recognizing, never mind doing. IMHO

 

Mac had say over the roster. Bowles has say over playing time.

Do we know that for sure though? That Bowles doesn't have some say over roster? Bowles and Mac were hired independent of each other and the fact that Bowles is still here leads me to believe the Johnson brothers love him and probably give him more power than he deserves
