If he’s ready he should play. That’s the point of being “ready”, right?

Ready means he can handle the media. Ready means he can work with the OL. Ready means he can move the damn chains.

Essentially, ready means he can handle the things that people seem so damn worried about.

Yep. It is a rather simple concept, but when Darnold is "ready", he will play.

Looks like the Jets answered the question on how THEY would handle the QB situation:

    -Re-sign Josh McCown
    -Sign Teddy Bridgewater
    -Draft Sam Darnold
    -Cut Bryce Petty
    -Trade Christian Hackenberg

Go into Training Camp with Josh McCown, Teddy Bridgewater, and Sam Darnold.

I actually like it, a lot! I wanted to keep Petty or Hack, but I respect the Jets for giving both a chance to go elsewhere.
