Trojan insider???? That loud, bloated, POS is widely hated by most of us..he was team captain on one of the worse USC teams in history, and his envy and vicious gossip mongering is worse than a cheap low class woman. He was fired from announcing USC basketball games, and disliked by every coaching staff since Pete Carroll who called him out on PAC10 Media Days for his personal attacks on some of the players. It was beautiful. I wouldn’t take anything he says as an “insider.”
I could see Sam offering him a steak dinner at the restaurant of Roberts choice for the number. Can’t be sure but if memory serves me correctly the last “big name” QB before that was probably O’Donnell.

For me what separated SD from the rest is that he has the evasiveness and the ability to make plays when he has to with his feet but first and foremost he’s looking to throw that’s very important

At his size his agility is impressive and his ability to throw on the run, whether rolling left or right is off the charts.

I hesitate to say too much, or go into what we think was great about Sam...you will see for yourselves soon, nothing worse than a slobbering fan boy that cares nothing for the team itself. That is contrary to everything Sam is as a leader. My season tickets, and tailgate friend is Jordan Palmer's father in law, and a good friend is the publisher/owner of a USC recruiting site, so happy to share little tidbits that I can. We're fortunate that our players are very accessible to us as fans, the alumni clubs, and special functions. The USC football roster lists social media accounts and member names of every player on the team....Sam was only on Instagram, but the school set up his own podcast with weekly guests, so he's comfortable in the spotlight.
