PSL Holders Screwed Again

    Just to let you know. I decided not to renew my tickets in 202B this year after 33 years over this PSL mess. Walking away from fully paid for PSL’s. Just tried to log into my rewards account to use the balance of my already accrued points only to find out that l have been locked out by the organization. Great way to treat a long time customer.

    No idea what you're flipping out about, yeah their prices suck and the PSLs were a total fraud, but there's nothing egregious in that invoice flyer you posted. It's all boiler plate stuff every team offers. They're offering you a price lock if you enroll in autopay. I just renewed with the Knicks and Rangers and their carrot for enrolling in autopay was an invite to an open bar happy hour. I can opt out of the autopay any time I want

    Naught to do with price. Still not getting me about paying in full and paying in full. Yeah, that's egregious and a complete lie.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know what he's talking about.

    They charge your credit card in full or they take the payments from your credit card or bank account every few months to pay for the season tickets. They can't just magically over charge you. They aren't doing anything sneaky.

    ^Wow, guess I'm dancing with myself Billy Idol style. Holy Crap, just read the freaking thing. When did I say anything about overcharging? Glad you gave them the boot, btw. Storm the Bastille!

    Same thing as overcharging, they just can't take money anytime they want, you agree to when they can take it out. Just don't see anything wrong here as tons of professional sports teams do this and I never had an issues with the jets with this aspect.

    We can all agree about the PSL nonsense at least lol

    Horrible, but not surprising. Sometimes it is really hard to continue to root for this team when the front office treats us like garbage.

    Just an update. My Jets rep called today and told me the only way l can use my rewards points that l earned last year and don’t expire until July is if l reap for season tickets. Guess l won’t be getting that fidget spinner l had my heart set on. Hahaha. Just reinforced my decision to walk away.

    Soooo petty, they would rather alienate a loyal fan forever instead of sucking it up and eating the $2.54 it costs them to redeem your trinkets. Who the hell is running things over there
