They won't due to his age and due to how cheap he is. NFL teams will always look the other way if your talented enough. If you're not they have no problem cutting bait. Robby is young, cheap and productive. He will likely serve a suspension given by the NFL, but I can't see the Jets cutting him. And that's not me disagreeing or agreeing, it's just the reality of the NFL.
The one felony for harm to a public servant or family will be dismissed but the others will stand. He had a very good chance of having his first case dismissed but now it may stand.

Not really. It's a felony charge and he didn't in any way harm her. It's a stretch to charge him with it and it's really not prosecutable. Crass, rude, stupid ? Yes. A felony? Not a chance A misdemeanor for making the threat would have been more appropriate.

According to my wife who is a prosecutor, if this was in NJ, it'd be somewhere around 5-10 years in jail.

My favorite part is where the cop says Anderson started to "Brace up" when he was putting him in the car. I have yet to see him "brace up" in a Jets uniform. He looks like a mild wind could break him in half, much less a safety.
