Ah. I should have checked about Peru. My collegue is from Peru and he told me they haven’t been to finals since 1950’s. My bad Regarding Iceland model. I had a chance to read about it. The similar model was also followed by Belgium according to the Turkish article I read. Turkey didn’t qualify and they are trying to find out how they can replicate Iceland and Belgium’s model.

No problem man. Kasparov is the man, I really like him. He should be the President of Russia imho but unfortunately he had to hide out in New York because Putin was going to jail/kill him. He chose NY over England and now it seems for obvious reasons. I don't think any Putin critic has been poisoned/killed in NY, not yet anyway.
