What the folk?

 

You just witnessed the end of Folk's NFL career.

 

This loss is truly on Folk at this point.

 

What the hell happened to Folk in a year?!

I like what I've seen in very limited action from ArDarius Stewart and I think he can be a good player.

But the Buccaneers drafted Kendell Beckwith 28 selections after him and he's having a great game with 12 tackles tonight. I wish we'd put an emphasis on getting a high production inside linebacker in the mid-rounds who may not have great measurables or 40/shuttle times.

Maybe not Beckwith as we needed to go offense after going safety/safety but we've sort of neglected the position in thinking Darron Lee was he savior.

Get a guy with a nose for the football with good instincts and forget how fast he runs.

I can live with those weaknesses if the guy has good instincts and can find the ball. Hope we don't rely on Lee another year and get our tackling machine this year.

 

Folk must be on the kraft payroll.

 

It's like teams that draft kickers high end up being cursed for doing so. Look at how much Nugent struggled after the Doug O'Brien debacle.

What a horrible selection Aguayo ended up being and they'll lose another game here because of a terrible kicking game.

It's almost never good for a kicker's name to be trending on Twitter. . . .

 

Winston is moving too much before he faces pressure. I wonder why. He's normally so good in the pocket and calm and collected.

He's running himself into the pressure.

 

Do they even think about kicking it again if the play stands?

I wonder if he's having a hard time grasping the playbook because I don't see him on the field much. Maybe it's blocking?

It seems like the Buccaneers didn't really need him from what I've seen from this Cameron Brate dude.

Jabrill Peppers would've been a good selection for this team IMO who had the worst safeties in football last year.

Or an edge rusher. I believe they had only one sack coming into tonight. Taco Charlton or Charles Harris maybe?

 

I would've considered kicking that ball deep. If you can get a touchback you get the ball back with decent field position and around a minute left.

Wow. What is New England doing?! I guess that's a risk you can take when you're on the other side of the 50. They would've ran it three times and booted it if the Buccaneers kicked off.

 

That was a super accurate TD throw by Winston.

 

One of the few times you can afford to pass, with a couple of seconds until the 2 minute warning.

 

I definitely would have kicked it deep.

Pats could pass since it was the two-minute warning anyway. Have to expect a run on this play.

 

He's been better than the stats indicate. He's had several drops from his receiver. His pocket presence has been off tonight though.

 

High percentage pass instead - doesn't hurt, but I'm still surprised.

 

So, is Folk rooting for Gostkowski to make this kick?

Now they need a touchdown, luckily for both Folk and them. Winston is really good in these situations.
