I'm aware that winning games is going to hurt this teams long term future, but you know the fact that we are 2-2 is going to make the arrogant Giant fan at work even more annoyed

And what if they get one of the top three picks because their 0-4 right now....if They get one of those quarterbacks they'll be laughing at us for the next 10 years!!!!but hey we won a game in October

The Giants can go 0-16 every season for the next 10 years and us as Jet fans can't say squat. That's like a Mets fan taking pleasure in a Yankees team failing. NYY fans would laugh at that Mets fan like never before.

So a Jets fan enjoying an 0-4 start to the Giants season? Real NYG fans would look at you as a tool. They've recently won two SB's under Eli Manning. They've won two NFC Championship Games. They've won two SB's. They know the feeling of celebrating a SB victory. Most of us haven't and don't. 1998, 2009 & 2010 doesn't count for nothing but a loss.

And plus. I've never had any dislike in my heart for the Giants. If anything i appreciate them. If not for the Giants, Brady, Belly & N.E would have went undefeated & forever known as the greatest team with the greatest season of All-Time. Thank the football God's the Giants killed the Patriots SB that year.

Texans took DeShaun at 12.... just saying

Id rather our young team go 8-8 than 0-16. You should always have a winning mentality in football. Look at how many times the Browns have taken players high in the draft... You think all those players would bust on other teams? Heck no, they were just unfortunnate to play for a losing franchise with a losing mentality. You should thank your lucky stars this Jets team has a fight to the finish mentality

I'm not worried about the Giants going 0-16, or 2-14 and getting one of the top three picks

Recently, the Giants, generally have had Jekyll and Hyde seasons, even in their Super Bowl years.
They will play hard to have a respectable record
Even if they go 4-12, they'll have to trade into the number one pick if they want it, like they did with Eli
Chances are, we will have to trade up to get a QB also, now that it looks like we'll win about 5 games.

There's so many different scenarios that could happen in relation to the Jets, the 2018 draft, and the QBs available..........

Keep in mind the Dolphins and the Jags are not exactly world beaters......I'm not sure the Jets would have beaten either team had the games been on the road - they even tried to give the game away today. I still don't see the Jets winning more than 5 games this year. That being said a 5-11 record would probably give the Jets roundabout the # 7 - # 8 pick. This upcoming draft is full of QBs and each one of them is going to be dissected over and over for the next six months to as nauseam. At this point does anybody know for sure which QB is going to be the best ? Somebody is going to be there......

And not to open another can of worms but what if Mac decides to draft other positions in need and uses that FA money on say Kirk Cousins ?........With all of these cuts and restructures he has enough in the vault........and do we really know what his ultimate plan is ?

    I'm not saying that's what I want but it's a possibility.
