due to the fact that we would lose richardson for nothing after this season, i am behind this trade

but those of you saying that he is one toke away from suspension are misinformed ... guys in stage two of the substance abuse program undergo enhanced testing for 24 months after they enter the program. if they stay clean, they are released from the program and their offense count resets

richardon's offense that landed him in stage two was over two years ago and the nfl only tests guys outside of the program once from like april-august

hes free to enjoy all that living in washington has to offer

It made no sense keeping Richardson, so getting a 2nd rounder and a decent receiver was better then I though was possible.

    Good move.

A super talent misused by this dumb ass regime. Troubles in his career, but truth is the guy can play the hell out of some D-Line!
Mac doesn't deserve some kind of award, as I'm sure in the spring he will over reach for some other project in the 2nd round. His only hope is he now has two, there by increasing his odds of not fucking up so bad.
Signing Mo was the bigger mistake than retaining Sheldon.
Mo got his early retirement, Leonard is our only true top performer now.
Maybe Mo will go back to what he was pre-injury, but I doubt him.

If I could go back I'm letting Mo Walk, re-signing Snacks, keeping Sheldon and using the left over money between Mo/Snacks swap on the best offensive player I could find.

Leo, Snacks and Sheldon is much more formidable than what we have.

If that's the case, then I'm glad you're not the GM.

How much you paying Sheldon / Snacks? If you were going to pay him virtually a 1/3 to half of what the Jets gave Mo [who has proven to be better. 2 team all pro 2nd team] along with the clause that if he were to get suspended again the contract would be voided perhaps this would work. You going to give Snacks 10M a year to play 2 downs?

However, how realistic is this? Sheldon wanted Suh money? That gonna work out in your favor?

I'm paying our best players. Snacks is worth every dime he's getting. Sheldon would get Mo money instead of Mo who's not better than Sheldon.

What specific proof do you have that suggests Sheldon is better then Mo? DAT HUSTLE M I RITE? Mo 2 time all pro, one of the best 2 way defensive lineman in the league. That's 2 things Sheldon is not.

Well, the obviously answer also is you can't keep everyone, but I guess thats why we agree to disagree
