Predict the 2nd Round Pick

I predict a trade up for Cam.

 

I hope they refuse to make the pick until the first pick in the third round is on the clock.

 

What do you know about Webb? Outside of Pro football focus, every thing i can find has him as a top 5 QB this year. Really just looking for someone to fill me in more then the typically draft fluff found online.

 

Anybody in a legitimate position to put some points on the board, even if it's Mixon. When a team is 27th in scoring over two years and right in the middle of the pack on defense the need is clear.

 

A RB or Cam R if we cant trade down

I like this kid an awful lot. Son of a coach, reminds me of Pennington (also son of a coach) in his approach. Has all the tools, I was hoping they could wait until rd. 3.

 

if we trade up it's gonna be kizer. no way we trade up for anything other then a QB
If we don't trade up really depends on who gets taken but I'll say juju or garcia

 

why? why would we take webb as the 1st pick in the 2nd round. it's gotta be kizer. webb is more of a 4th round kind of guy, maybe 3rd just because he's a QB

The kid on personal level is everything you'd want your Qb to be. I think he's an upgrade vs what we have on the roster currently.

 

15 minutes until day two drafting begins. Every year I get excited about what new part this team could potentially land. By the end of this evening I predict we will have at least one player that has one if not more of these characteristics attached undersized, slow, hybrid, coming off injury, off the field trouble, project, has a lot to learn, small school,a reach this early or run stopping(pick your defensive position).

Whoever the guy is on the board when we pick that has the most of those traits on the scouting report at that time will be the 2nd round pick.

 

You mean he is personal, compassionate, environmentally conscious?

 

I want Kizer! I know he's taken a ton of slack but he's got a chip on his shoulder with unbelievable talents and measurables.

David Sharpe in the 3rd would be a dream pick for us too! The guy just bullies guys in the gun game.

Lol, yes... but truthfully, I like the way the guy speaks/his passion. Hackenburg is much the same, but this guy is more articulate and more importantly... accurate.

 

If you asked me the chances of drafting a QB round 2 last year, I'd have said 0%. But Mac botched that.

 

I am excited, going to get a good pick here. If Cook is there take him.. If not lets get a corner. A complete overhaul of the secondary will make us a top 10 unit again, and then we can build the offense.

 

So we can red shirt him! You know the story
