Want Fournette because I believe he gives the offense an immediate identity and would be a young QBs best friend (since we have no TE yet and it's too early for Howard). Especially if we can end up with Njoku somehow in the second round, which is highly unlikely I know. Hooker is obviously a great pick too. Adams won't be there. My preference is a trade down especially if we can snag 12 and 33. I'd sign up for Dalvin Cook and Njoku. An immediate jolt of youth and talent into an offense that needs rebuilding.

I'm thinking at 6 it will be Hooker or Howard. My hope is it's Mahomes after a trade down with Browns or Saints.

I predict the Jets stay put in this draft and Lattimore the Ohio State Corner is the pick. Idk if that's good or bad but I think that's what will happen I also predict that O.J. Howard goes to Buffalo and ends up being the steal of the draft
I am predicting the Jets will attempt to trade down to 12 if Trubisky is on the clock at 6. If he isn't on the clock at 6, I am predicting the Jets will stay put and draft one of these players: (Malik Hooker, OJ Howard, Marshon Lattimore, Leonard Fournette, Jamal Adams, Myles Garrett) If they trade down to 12, I could see them still taking OJ Howard, an Offensive Lineman, Deshaun Watson, Patrick Mahomes, and a few others.
Dennison the Bills new OC loves 2 TE sets. They need another weapon besides Watkins and they basically sat out FA period in terms of receiving options. The writing is on the wall there. Clay & Howard will make a nice 2TE set combo with Watkins on the outside. If the Jets want Howard they better take him at 6 because if they trade down to Cleveland at the 12 spot he will be gone at Buffalo's 10 pick
Haha I knew someone would call me out on it. I guess I was just trying to give the scenarios rather than my prediction. I will predict that the Jets trade down from 6 to 12 and take Mahomes at 12. I don't agree with the pick, but if they trade down, I think that is who it will be for. Would much prefer an Olineman. If they stay at 6, it will be Lattimore, but I hope it is Hooker.
i'm still shocked people want to still draft defense after we've drafted defense heavy for the past 10+ years. this team needs a star on offense. even when revis was the best in the NFL he couldn't carry a team. teams just didn't throw at him and made him basically useless. We need some talented offensive play makers that make teams gameplan against them
Having a great defense is awesome, but you have to play perfect in the playoffs if that's all you have
I think fans need to stop labeling offense and defense in the draft per round. "We need O over anything else at 6" is the absolute wrong mindset to have in the draft. It's about getting the best players that can contribute right away. Jets had plenty of times to get a star receiver or rb in the other rounds. They failed to identify those players.
Patrick Mahomes, another air raid never will at 12 is insane and if Macc does this he should be fired on the spot.
