Mo should play the nose before Leo does. No point in putting grind on the young guy at this point when we have another guy same size and ability level to put there instead.

Leo at LE, Mo at NT, Richardson at RE and go from there for 2017. In 2018 one of Mo and Richardson will be gone and the Jets will be filling either the NT or an end naturally via the draft.

Hopefully Leo can get locked down to a reasonable contract after the year ($14M or less a year) and we have the strongside covered for awhile. Leo is eligible for a deal after the 2017 season and the Jets need to make getting him signed to a reasonable deal a priority. Give him more guarantees (fully guaranteed contract?) and less money overall to keep it cap-sane.

No more Revis-Mo franchise defensive player deals - they always blow up in our faces in the end.

Trying to use Richardson as a stand up player has to go out the play book. I think that was the reason Coples became a casualty. Keep a player performing at a high level where they are comfortable. Very few D linemen can make that transition, you have to be very athletic.
