What's most likely to be happening is that Wikileaks has a trove of documents which they and others then alter in minor ways to skew the meaning and intent of the document. It's not like the govt is going to confirm or deny anything anyway so twisting things just a bit further is what they're probably doing. I believe about half the stuff that gets released at face value and the rest can be true but also altered in ways to make it look worse than it actually is. Nothing in Petro's OP looks like it was "enhanced" but you never know. Just wanted to add: Wikileaks thinks that all the stuff it has is from US Govt sources but what if they're getting scammed here and there with sources actually dumping stuff on them that is pure agitprop from an adversary?

Would be nice if the CIA/DARPA developed the tech to take control mid-flight over ballistic missiles. I'm pretty sure we have tech we haven't made public and have no intention of doing so except as a last resort. Since Wikileaks has it in for the US, I think its time to return the favor and put them out of business. Permanently..
Apparently I missed when they started connecting microphones in high school gyms to the internet but whatever.... Pretty much all latest Samsung smart TVs come with voice control these days.
