I don't understand why hackenberg didn't suit. Bowles should now be fired IMO, straw that broke the back.
Bowles said in a pressconfrence it would be a great injustice to Hackenberg to put him out there season, and that's one thing I agree with
we have this thread every time the jets have a down year, so it has lost its luster. but it couldn't ring any truer than today, this team is fuckin dogshit. From the owner all the way down to the ball boy.
It's much worse than the kotite level, this team was supposed to have talent and that team didn't. If johnson doesn't completelu blow this up again I may just quit caring anymore.
I like the idea of giving regimes a chance, but the talent is not 38 points worse than New England's, Brady & Belichick or not. With the locker room fractured as badly as it seems, how many more excuses can you make for the head coach to come back? Marshall, Pryor, Richardson, are all underperforming players running their mouths and fighting with each other. Ryan Fitzpatrick publicly whined about how the franchise has given up on him without any sort of reporcussions. I'm too lazy to do so, but if you were to put together a timeline of all the locker room incidents this year, it'd be a disgusting list to read. We need to get rid of some of these players if not all and culture shock the rest of the locker room with someone who will NOT tolerate this bullshit. I'm not always in favor of disciplinarian dictators, but one might be in order. Doug Marrone comes to mind as he was Maccagnan's guy until the media caught wind of that and slammed him so much that Woody pussied out of hiring him. I'm not sure what I think of him as a candidate but he seems like a dickhead that would clean this shit up.
